Most institutions are live within days: we create your institution and first admin account, your admin runs the setup wizard (branding, first academic session, programmes), then you import students and open the portal to staff.

Yes. Every record carries an institutionId, and isolation is enforced automatically at the database query level — not just hidden behind separate logins in a shared UI.

Anyone can trigger a self-service password reset from the sign-in page — a one-time link is emailed to the address on file, and the same generic message is shown whether or not an account actually matches, so no one can probe for valid accounts. Admins and managers can also force a reset for any staff or student account directly from Settings → Users.

Yes — real TOTP-based MFA compatible with Google Authenticator or Authy, no paid vendor required.

Not yet — that depends on which identity vendor your institution already uses, so it's a decision we make together rather than something we build speculatively.

Yes — broadsheets and transcripts are built to match your institution's existing approved layout, not a generic template.

Yes — a full CBT engine with browser-lockdown during exams and AI-assisted grading suggestions for theory questions, alongside auto-graded objective questions.

Yes — an AI Teacher available to students, grounded only in the courses they're actually enrolled in, so it can't invent content from outside their curriculum.

Yes — an AI Lesson Planner drafts lesson plans for staff, and AI-generated quizzes are available for course content.

Tuition and fees run through an integrated Paystack checkout, with every payment confirmed by a signature-verified webhook — not just a client-side "success" message.

Yes — donations and fee payments both go through the same real, webhook-verified Paystack flow, so a payment only ever shows as successful once Paystack itself confirms it.

Yes — applying with Google pre-fills your name and email from your verified Google account into the admission form; you still choose a programme and submit the application itself.

Onboarding is automatic — a student record and login account are created, and credentials are emailed directly, with no manual account-creation step for staff.

Not a native app — the portal is fully responsive and works from any phone browser. A dedicated app is on the roadmap but not yet built.
